Ingrid has over 20 years in professional Human Resource and Training Development roles, with a broad range of experience across organisational development, training and training package implementation, through to Senior Training and Industry Consulting based roles.
As a key contributor to corporate level planning and training design, she has earned a reputation as someone who delivers ‘exceptional’ rather than ‘expected’ results. She is able to work across both private industry and government sectors in realising strategies to achieve short and long term business goals.
Ingrid is a co-developer and Principal Facilitator of the IQ-AM Vocational Graduate Diploma of Asset Management, Principle Developer of the Risk Management training program for Worley Parsons Asset Management, and Project Manager and Principal Developer/Designer of Manage the Construction of Pipeline Services training program for City West Water.
Previously, Ingrid worked as a Senior Training Consultant with Comcare (the Federal Government Agency responsible for Workers Compensation and OHS). She was responsible for the design and successful implementation of the organisation’s Vocational Education and Training Framework.
Ingrid is a former Program Manager for Human Resources and Training and Assessment training programs at Swinburne University and The Gordon.
